Physical Standards and Efficiency Tests

Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
For male candidates, the PET involves completing a 1.6 km race within 6 minutes and 30 seconds. Female candidates, on the other hand, must complete an 800-meter race in 4 minutes. These tests are a true measure of your physical stamina and speed.

Physical Standard Test (PST)
The PST focuses on height and chest measurements. For General/OBC/SC/EWS (Male) candidates, the minimum height is 165 cms, and the chest measurement must be at least 77 cms with a minimum expansion of 5 cms. Female candidates from these categories must have a minimum height of 155 cms.
Height relaxations are provided for candidates from specified hilly regions and Scheduled Tribes, with the minimum height reduced to 162.5 cms for males and 150 cms for females.
Documentation and Venue Requirements
On the day of the PET/PST, candidates must be prepared with the following documents:
- A clear and legible printout of their admit card.
- A valid photo identity proof, such as a passport or driving license.
- A printout of the acknowledgment of the online application form.

Pay Scale and Benefits
The selected candidates will be placed in Level-4 of the pay matrix, with a basic pay ranging from Rs 25,500 to Rs 81,100 per month.
